The salesperson portal is separate from the regular driver/company login. It uses a shared team password to protect commission data.
Go to RoadHire and log in with your personal email.
Use the email address that was set up for your RoadHire salesperson account.
On the welcome screen, select the Salesperson option.
This option appears at the bottom of the role selection screen.
Enter the salesperson password.
Your team password was provided by your RoadHire manager. If you don't have it, contact William Arthur Rose.
Check the Remember this device option if you are on your personal device.
This skips the password step for 30 days so you can access your dashboard quickly. Only do this on your personal device — never on a shared or public computer.
Tap Continue to land on your Salesperson Dashboard.
Your name will appear in the greeting at the top if your email matches your salesperson record.
Forgot or want to revoke device access?
Tap the Forget Device button in the top-right corner of your dashboard. This clears the saved session and you'll need to re-enter the password next time.
Dashboard Overview
Your salesperson dashboard has three tabs at the top: Commissions, Onboard Company, and Banking.
Summary Cards (top of Commissions tab)
• Total Earned — lifetime commissions generated from your onboarded companies
• Paid Out — total commissions already sent to you (green)
• Pending — commissions earned but not yet paid out (yellow/orange)
• Companies Onboarded — unique company count that has generated at least one commission
Onboarding a New Company
When you sign up a new company to use RoadHire, you register them through the Onboard Company tab. This links the company to your name so you earn commissions every time they hire a driver.
Tap the Onboard Company tab.
This opens the company registration form.
Fill in the company details.
Required fields are listed below.
Company Registration Fields
• Company Name — legal or trade name of the business
• Contact Name — the person you spoke with / who will use RoadHire
• Phone Number — company's main contact number
• Email Address — the email the company will use to log in to RoadHire
• Address / City / Province — company location
• Industry — construction, logistics, agriculture, etc.
• Company Size — number of employees
Verify your name is selected as the salesperson.
Your name should be pre-filled. If not, select it from the dropdown. This is critical — commissions are tied to this field.
Tap Register Company.
The company profile is created instantly. Send them their login link and walk them through the Company Dashboard Manual so they start using the platform right away — that's when you start earning.
What happens after onboarding:
1. Company receives a welcome email from RoadHire
2. They log in and set up their company profile + billing
3. They post a job and hire a driver
4. Driver completes the job — payment is processed
5. Your commission appears automatically in your Commissions tab
Commissions Tab
This tab shows your full commission history — every job completed by a company you onboarded generates a commission record.
How Commissions Are Calculated
Example: Driver earns $300 for a job
• Platform fee (15% of driver earnings) = $45.00
• Your commission (30% of platform fee) = $13.50
The more jobs your companies run, the more you earn — passively, on every single job.
Commission Status Meanings
• Pending (yellow) — commission earned, awaiting the weekly payout run
• Paid (green) — successfully paid to your bank or e-transfer
• Failed (red) — payout failed. This usually means your banking info is missing or incorrect. Update it in the Banking tab immediately.
Each row shows the job title, company name, commission amount, and status.
Banking & Payment Info
The Banking tab is where you enter the information RoadHire uses to pay your commissions. This is stored securely and is only accessible by you and RoadHire administrators.
Tap the Banking tab at the top of your dashboard.
You'll see the Banking Info form.
Choose your preferred payment method.
Two options are available — see below.
Payment Methods
• E-Transfer — enter the email address to receive Interac e-transfers. Fastest and simplest for most salespeople.
• Direct Deposit — enter your bank's transit number (5 digits), institution number (3 digits), and account number. Also requires account holder name and bank name.
Fill in your details and tap Save Banking Info.
Your information is encrypted and saved. You'll see a confirmation message.
Add any notes in the Notes field (optional).
Use this to communicate preferred payout frequency or any special instructions to the RoadHire finance team.
Tips for Maximizing Your Earnings
Onboard companies that hire often
A construction company hiring 5 drivers a week earns you far more than a one-time user. Focus on fleet operators, staffing agencies, and logistics companies.
Follow up after onboarding
Send the company the Company Dashboard Manual and check in after their first job. Companies that post jobs within 7 days of onboarding have 80% higher lifetime value.
Keep your banking info current
Failed payouts mean delayed income for you. Update your banking details any time your account changes.
Verify your name is linked correctly
Always confirm your name is selected when registering a company. This cannot be changed retroactively — if the wrong name is selected, a commission payout won't reach you.
Track your pending commissions
Watch the Pending total in your summary cards. If you have a large pending balance and no commission history for a company, follow up to ensure they're actively posting jobs.
Use the Remember Device feature wisely
Enable it on your personal phone for quick access. Never enable it on shared or work devices.
